By purchasing an Eliane Australia tile product you as a customer of Eliane Australia agree to accept delivery of the product in any condition. All deliveries have an authority to leave attached to them meaning you do not need to be present to accept delivery. The external courier companies are not able to and will not attempt to make contact prior to delivery. If delivery is a smaller hand held order ie 1-3 boxes the courier will use their discretion to leave near front door or similar.
All deliveries are to the curb side only. Any permissions required to deliver as such re the sole responsibility of the purchaser. The courier will endeavour to find best location curbside for safe delivery. Upon courier delivering the title of purchase exchanges to the purchase and the delivery becomes the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Return and Exchange Policy
All sales are final so please choose carefully. Refunds will not be given after order placed for change of mind or ordered incorrectly.
If a tile is not suitable we do offer an exchange process. To be eligible tiles much be exchanged within 30 days of original orders with all returns to the Eliane warehouse at Somersby to be paid and arranged by customer. Please note additionally there is a 25% re stocking fee on any exchange.
In the unfortunate event that tiles are damaged in transit damaged, incorrectly sent or faulty, Eliane will arrange return shipping and replacement of the affected tiles. For this process to be effective all damages, incorrect tiles and faulty tiles need to be reported to Eliane within 48 hours of receiving. You must also be a same customer who purchased the tiles. Exchanges are not permitted to another party. Additionally partial returns, spares and leftover tiles will not be accepted to exchange or return.
It is important that when you receive your delivery you inspect it for damage etc within 48 hours. Larger orders will arrive on a pallet securely wrapped. Smaller orders will arrive in a box. If your order does not arrive like this please take a photo and email to

- Quantity of tiles ordered – please note 1 box is not 1sqm – each box is a different sqm – please check label on box.
Please make sure you also inspect for defects or damage.
All claims must be notified to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48hrs of delivery being made.
Please note tiles are quoted in their nominal (approximate) size only. As an industry standard their actual size can vary by +/- 2 mm. We can’t guarantee a wall tile and a floor tile will line up perfectly despite both tiles showing a nominal size for e.g ‘300×600’. The only way this can be achieved is using the exact same tile for wall and floor.
We will NOT ACCEPT: any claims for replacement, repair or reimbursement once tiles have been laid. OR Claims for defects, size, shade variation, incorrect delivery or any other fault that should have reasonably been obvious before laying.
